Hello. I have been growing CP's since 2010 and have found it hard to find places that sell live sphagnum down under. I have finally managed to get my hands on some and like growing it.
If anyone knows any good places to buy live sphagnum moss regularly in Australia please let me know.

Hi! welcome to the forum! If you can find sphagnum peat moss you can put it in the same conditions as you would grow live sphag. Most of the spores in this stuff have already germinated and then died or decomposed. But sometimes u can get lucky and maybe a few will germinate. If you have already got ur hands on some live stuff then just try to multiply that. It will be a few months ,but a few strands can multiply exponentially in that time. I think i started out with 3 puny strands 6 months ago. Now i have a few pots full of it |
