This species seemed to be relatively easy to identify. Although I have tagged it as a Bryum 
there was a possibility that it could also be Polhia nutans. Most of my photographs of this species were taken of plants growing on very damp wall tops or growing on extremely damp deposits of tufa. Location S.Italy
